Data Deletion Instructions

You may request the deletion of your data processed by MaySource.AI by sending an email to maysourceai@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Include in the email:

• Full name
• Email or phone number used in the contact
• Instagram username, when applicable
• Name of the related company, when applicable
• Description of the data or integration you want deleted

After receiving the request, we may ask for additional information strictly necessary to confirm the identity of the requester and prevent improper deletions. The request will be reviewed and fulfilled within the applicable time frame, except for information that must be retained to comply with a legal obligation, for security, fraud prevention or the regular exercise of rights.
